�Tt <br /> - EN HILLS <br /> CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 2020-048 <br /> RESOLUTION AWARDING HVAC PROJECT TO AIR EXPRESSS <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for the City Hall HVAC project, bids <br /> were received, opened, and tabulated according to the law; and <br /> WHEREAS, Paulson and Clark, the City's consultant, reviewed and tabulated the bids; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, it appears that Air Express, Inc. is the lowest responsible bidder at <br /> $280,783.00, <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden <br /> Hills, Minnesota, that: <br /> 1. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract with <br /> Air Express, Inc. in the name of the City of Arden Hills for the City Hall HVAC project in <br /> the amount of$280,783.00. <br /> 2.
