To view the final document, access adopted Resolutions via Arden Hills Public Laserfiche Weblink by visiting cityofardenhills.org and clicking on Archived Documents under Helpful Links on our main webpage. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2020-050 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING EXTENDING THE PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT <br />AND CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT APPROVALS FOR PLANNING CASE 19-002 <br />SUMMIT DEVELOPMENT <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Summit Development Incorporated, a Minnesota corporation (Applicant), <br />has filed an application for a Planned Unit Development and Conditional Use Permit for a <br />nursing home and assisted living; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council approved the Applicants request for a Planned Unit <br />Development and Conditional Use Permit at their July 22, 2019 meeting; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the condition of approval for Planning Case 19-002 states that the <br />Conditional Use Permit and Planned Unit Development approvals shall expire one year from the <br />date of City Council approval unless a building permit has been requested or a time extension <br />has been granted by the City Council; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Applicant has not requested a building permit prior to the expiration <br />date due to construction delays; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Applicant and city staff are requesting the City Council extend the <br />Conditional Use Permit and Planned Unit Development approvals for Planning Case 19-002, <br />Summit Development until June 1, 2021. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS, MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />Hereby adopts Resolution 2020-050 approving the extension of the Conditional Use Permit and <br />Planned Unit Development approvals for Planning Case 19-002, Summit Development in <br />accordance with the application on file with the city and subject to the following conditions: <br />1. All conditions of the original approvals shall remain in full force and effect. <br />2. This extension shall expire on June 1, 2021 unless a building permit has been requested or <br />a time extension has been granted by the City Council. <br /> <br />
