-AVEN HILLS <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2020-050 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING EXTENDING THE PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT <br />AND CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT APPROVALS FOR PLANNING CASE 19-002 <br />SUMMIT DEVELOPMENT <br />WHEREAS, Summit Development Incorporated, a Minnesota corporation (Applicant), <br />has filed an application for a Planned Unit Development and Conditional Use Permit for a <br />nursing home and assisted living; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council approved the Applicants request for a Planned Unit <br />Development and Conditional Use Permit at their July 22, 2019 meeting; and <br />WHEREAS, the condition of approval for Planning Case 19-002 states that the <br />Conditional Use Permit and Planned Unit Development approvals shall expire one year from the <br />date of City Council approval unless a building permit has been requested or a time extension <br />has been granted by the City Council; and <br />WHEREAS, the Applicant has not requested a building permit prior to the expiration <br />date due to construction delays; and <br />WHEREAS, the Applicant and city staff are requesting the City Council extend the <br />Conditional Use Permit and Planned Unit Development approvals for Planning Case 19-002, <br />Summit Development until June 1, 2021. <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS, MINNESOTA: <br />Hereby adopts Resolution 2020-050 approving the extension of the Conditional Use Permit and <br />Planned Unit Development approvals for Planning Case 19-002, Summit Development in <br />accordance with the application on file with the city and subject to the following conditions: <br />1. All conditions of the original approvals shall remain in full force and effect. <br />2.
