Esri’s Cloud EA will give the City a number of new <br />GIS capabilities and provide GIS access through ArcGIS Online for all staff. <br /> <br />The City currently utilizes WSB’s GIS environment to host the City’s GIS data and related <br />resources. The City seeks support to transition over to the Esri Cloud EA. In addition, the City <br />seeks an ongoing GIS support from WSB. <br /> <br />Based on this information, WSB has developed a scope of services to assist the City of Arden <br />Hills with their transition to an EA. <br /> <br />SCOPE OF WORK <br /> <br />Migrate WSB-Hosted GIS to ArcGIS Online <br />WSB currently hosts the City’s GIS data for Arden Hills in our Amazon Cloud Environment. WSB <br />will move the City’s GIS data hosted in Amazon to the City’ ArcGIS Online (AGO) Environment. <br />WSB will also configure the City’s current Esri Collector based on Survey 123 Applications use <br />the data hosted in AGO. Staff will be able to continue to use existing ArcGIS Online accounts. <br /> <br />Cost: $3,500 <br /> <br /> <br />Update WSB DataLink to Utilize ArcGIS Online <br />The City’s current DataLink Application will be updated to utilize the City’s GIS data as hosted in <br />ArcGIS Online. Staff ArcGIS Online logins will be used to access DataLink. WSB will continue to <br />host the DataLink application and provide the city with DataLink platform updates. <br /> <br />Cost: $1,000 <br />DataLink Annual Subscription: $3,600 <br />
