In addition, this report contains a compilation of current <br />(2015 Minnesota Residential Code) code violations and/or project specific conditions <br />which require plan revisions, corrections or further clarification by the proper design <br />authority prior to construction authorization or permitting for this project. Please <br />Review Plan Review Report - 1 completely and respond to the Arden Hills Building <br />Inspection Department by letter of verification, including (but not limited to) <br />necessary revised plan sheets or specifications, copies of relevant addenda(s), <br />change orders, shop drawings, etc. Said correspondence must provide all relevant <br />and/or necessary information required to complete the plan process and issue a <br />Building Permit <br /> <br />PLAN REVIEW SCOPE: <br />The construction documents for the project described above have been reviewed for <br />substantial compliance with the 2015 Minnesota Residential Code. The following <br />(attached) nonstructural comments, based on the 2012 International Residential <br />Code, as amended by the 2015 Minnesota Residential Code, shall be resolved before <br />construction authorization is issued. The applicant must respond by letter of <br />verification and submittal of revised construction documents, addenda’s, or change <br />order’s, or with the additional submittal of required shop drawings that clearly <br />identify that said corrections have been made as required by this plan review report. <br />
