The effect of the <br />releases are to free the new parcel from CUPs and easements that remain applicable only to the <br />parcel Bethel is retaining. <br />The City Council was asked to hold the required public hearing for Planning Case 20-021 under <br />Agenda Item 9A. A full evaluation of the proposed easement and conditional use permit release <br />and supporting attachments are included in the staff report under Agenda Item 9A. The remainder <br />of this memo focuses on the requested approvals. <br />Recommendation <br />A public hearing for this planning case was held at the December 9, 2020 Planning Commission <br />meeting. No comments were received. The Planning Commission recommended approval by a 7- <br />0 vote of Planning Case 20-021 for the release of Easements and Conditional Use Permit (CUP) <br />from Lot 2, Block 1 of 2 Pine Tree North.
