Page 1 of 2 <br /> <br />CONSENT ITEM – 6H <br /> <br />MEMORANDUM <br /> <br />DATE: February 8, 2021 <br /> <br />TO: Honorable Mayor and City Councilmembers <br /> Dave Perrault, City Administrator <br /> <br />FROM: Mike Mrosla, Community Development Manager/City Planner <br /> <br />SUBJECT: PC20-010 - Master Planned Unit Development Agreement with Scannell <br />Properties <br /> <br /> Budgeted Amount: Actual Amount: Funding Source: <br /> N/A N/A N/A <br /> <br />Council Should Consider <br /> <br />Motions to approve, table, or deny the following: <br /> <br />• The Master Planned Unit Development Agreement with Scannell Properties based on the <br />City Council approval of Planning Case 20-010 on October 12, 2020. <br /> <br />This items requires a simple majority. <br /> <br />Background <br /> <br />At its October 12, 2020 meeting the City Council approved a Master Planned Unit Development, <br />Conditional Use Permit, Site Plan and Preliminary/Final Plat for Scannell Properties. The <br />approvals subdivide the subject parcel into two (2) new lots of record and permit the construction <br />of a 250,000 square foot office and warehouse facility. A Master PUD Agreement is required to <br />be signed between the City and the developer before the issuance of development permits. The <br />City Attorney has prepared the Agreement and the document has been reviewed and approved by <br />the Applicant and staff (Attachment B). <br /> <br />Options and Motion Language <br /> <br />Staff has provided the following motion language for this case. <br />
