REQUEST FOR APPROVAL. The Developer has asked the City to approve a plat and <br />Planned Unit Development for GATEWAY INTERSTATE (referred to in this Contract as the “plat” and the <br />“Development”). The Development is zoned GB, Gateway Business District and is guided as Light <br />Industrial & Office. The land is situated in the County of Ramsey, State of Minnesota, and is legally <br />described as set forth on Exhibit A hereto (“Subject Property”). The Developer will construct a 250,000 <br />square foot office and warehouse facility. <br /> 2. CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL.
