AGENDA ITEMS <br /> A. Tony Schmidt Regional Park Access Concerns Letter Follow Up <br /> City Administrator Perrault stated that a return letter was received from Ramsey County <br /> Commissioner Frethem and an attachment from Ted Schoenecker, the County Public Works <br /> Director/Engineer. Staff would take further direction or feedback. <br /> City Administrator Perrault said it appears Ramsey County will be doing a corridor study on a <br /> few roadways including Lake Johanna Boulevard. <br /> Public Works Director/City Engineer Blomstrom added the Ramsey County transportation <br /> planner is developing a scope of work for the study and they intend to share the draft request for <br /> proposal for consultant services with staff prior to issuing the RFP. Staff will be able to review <br /> the scope of the study and give suggestions back to the County. <br /> Councilmember Holmes felt the City should proactively tell the County what we need before the <br /> study. <br />
