Agenda Item 4-B <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />MEMORANDUM <br /> <br />DATE: September 15, 2020 <br /> <br />TO: Parks, Trails and Recreation Committee <br /> <br />FROM: Joe Vaughan, Recreation Programmer <br /> <br />SUBJECT: Hazlenut and Perry Park Vandalism Update <br /> <br /> <br />Background <br /> <br />In the month of August, there has been vandalism occurring at both Hazelnut and Perry Park. <br />Items that have been vandalized include: park benches, retaining walls, trash cans, buildings, <br />signs, base boxes, and a lift station. Staff took pictures, logged all of the vandalism, and reported <br />it to the Ramsey County Sheriff Department.
