YHD is where classical yoga <br />meets the best modern practices, curated over 20 years by instructor Shaila Cunningham. <br />Shaila invests in your personal success in achieving the transformative effects of yoga beyond <br />strength, flexibility, and balance. If you want to feel better, breathe and sleep deeper, you'll <br />need to understand the subtle side of yoga--the part most classes skip. Basic foot care provided by Footworks; includes foot soak, removal of minor corns/ <br />calluses, nail trim, and massage for circulation. Sign up for this activity online or by calling <br />the Front desk, 651-792-7800, and select your appointment time. This letter is written in <br />simple, easy to read language. It will come in <br />an envelope with Santa’s name and return <br />address in the corner, addressed directly to <br />your child. Parent will submit special <br />information that only Santa knows!
