Page 1 of 1 <br /> <br />CONSENT ITEM – 7B <br /> <br />MEMORANDUM <br /> <br />DATE: March 8, 2021 <br /> <br />TO: Honorable Mayor and City Councilmembers <br /> Dave Perrault, City Administrator <br /> <br />FROM: Gayle Bauman, Finance Director <br /> <br />SUBJECT: Appointment of Emily Rousseau to the Financial Planning and Analysis <br />Committee (FPAC) <br /> <br /> Budgeted Amount: Actual Amount: Funding Source: <br /> $ $ <br /> <br />Council Should Consider <br /> <br />Motion to approve, table, or deny the following: <br /> <br />• Resolution 2021-012 appointing Emily Rousseau to the Financial Planning and <br />Analysis Committee (FPAC) for a term expiring December 31, 2023. <br /> <br />All items need a simple majority for action unless otherwise noted. <br /> <br />Background/Discussion <br /> <br />Emily Rousseau has submitted a City Commission/Committee Application Form (see <br />Attachment B) to become a member of the FPAC committee. Council Liaison Steve Scott and <br />the staff liaison have reviewed the application and interviewed Ms. Rousseau.
