With more than 1,000 employee owners, retaining our firm gives you access to a diverse <br /> range of services and professionals you can consult with if the unforeseen occurs. The size of our <br /> company also allows us to respond quickly when schedule constraints occur. <br /> Our White Bear Lake office is located within 15 miles of the site, minimizing travel times and trip <br /> expenses.This proximity also provides the opportunity to quickly mobilize to the site when unforeseen <br /> needs arise. <br /> Our Understanding of Project <br /> This project will include pavement subgrade preparation, select granular embankment placement, <br /> aggregate base placement, new concrete curb and gutter, sidewalk, and driveways along with a new <br /> bituminous pavement in the Hazelnut Park Neighborhood in Arden Hills, Minnesota. Improvements to <br /> the sanitary, storm, and water main utilities will also be part of this project. This project will also include <br /> full depth reclamation, as well as reinstallation of block and wood timber retaining walls. <br /> Available Project Information <br /> This proposal was prepared using the following documents and information. <br /> ■ Project plans and specifications prepared by Bolton & Menk, Inc. dated January 19, 2021. <br /> ■ Discussions with Nick Amatuccio of Bolton and Menk, Inc. about materials testing rates for <br /> project. <br />
