ARDEN HILLS SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL WORK SESSION – MARCH 22, 2021 6 <br /> <br />Councilmember Holden said according to the City Attorney they don’t have a lot of leeway so <br />she was fine with it, but she had the same concerns as previously expressed. <br /> <br />Mayor Grant also felt he Conditional Use Permit was appropriate and had concerns with <br />International Paper. <br /> <br />Pastor Josh Krehbiel said they aren’t attached to the idea of a gym and moving forward they <br />would gladly cancel that out of future plans. <br /> <br /> <br />2.
