Site visits were attended on 10/24/2019 and 10/31/2019 by representatives from BWSR and RCWD. The TEP noted that a another wetland boundary/type application for the same survey area was previously approved on 2/13/2019 (RCWD #18-163R) and, with the exception of Wetland 8, the wetlands boundaries delineated under the 18-163R application remained valid and accurate. The TEP found that due to recent work within Wetland 8 under RCWD After-the-Fact Permit 18-089, wetland characteristics may be masked, and recommended that boundary adjustments should reflect the recent grading. An updated wetland boundary map was provided by SEH Inc. on 8/19/2020. The Statute 15.99 decision timeframe was extended three times and waived by the applicant on 6/3/2020.
