<br /> <br /> <br />Public Informational Meeting - Open House <br />Old Snelling Avenue and County Road E Improvements <br /> <br />Dear Property Owner: <br />The Arden Hills City Council has authorized the preparation of a feasibility study as a first step in <br />considering proposed improvements to Old Snelling Avenue. A project location map is provided on the <br />back of this page. The following potential improvements are being considered at this time: <br /> Reconstruction of Old Snelling Avenue from County Road E to Highway 51; <br /> Construction of a single lane roundabout at the intersection of County Road E and Old Snelling <br />Avenue in partnership with Ramsey County; <br /> Construction of a pedestrian trail along Old Snelling Avenue from County Road E to Highway 51; <br /> Replacement of watermain, sanitary sewer, and storm sewer based on a condition assessment <br />currently underway. <br />City staff will be hosting a public informational meeting to provide information on the project and to solicit <br />your input on the proposed improvements. This meeting will be an open house format. You may attend <br />the meeting anytime between 4:30 PM and 7:00 PM at your convenience to discuss the project with City <br />staff. <br /> <br />Informational Meeting – Open House <br />Thursday, October 17, 2019 <br />4:30 PM to 7:00 PM <br />Arden Hills City Hall Council Chambers <br />1245 West Highway 96 <br />Arden Hills, MN 55112 <br /> <br />It is important to note that this project may result in an assessment to properties with driveway access <br />directly onto Old Snelling Avenue / Old Highway 10.
