AR EN HILLS <br /> CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 2021-022 <br /> A RESOLUTION RECEIVING FEASIBILITY REPORT AND CALLING FOR A PUBLIC <br /> HEARING ON IMPROVEMENTS FOR THE SNELLING AVENUE NORTH AND COUNTY <br /> ROAD E STREET AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution 2019-026 of the Council adopted August 26, 2018, a <br /> report has been prepared by the City Engineer with reference to the improvement of the following <br /> streets: <br /> Snelling Avenue North from Trunk Highway 51 to County Road E <br /> Cummings Lane <br /> Bussard Court from Snelling Avenue North to 100-Feet West of Snelling Avenue North <br /> Intersection of Snelling Avenue North and County Road E <br /> WHEREAS, and this report was received by the Council on April 12, 2021; and <br /> WHEREAS, the report provides information regarding whether the proposed project is <br /> necessary, cost effective, and feasible; whether it should best be made as proposed or in connection <br /> with some other improvement; the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended; and a <br /> description of the methodology used to calculate individual assessments for affected parcels. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> MINNESOTA: <br /> 1. The Council will consider the improvement of such streets in accordance with the report <br /> and the assessment of abutting property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement <br /> pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429. <br /> 2.
