ARDEN HILLS CITY COUNCIL – APRIL 26, 2021 3 <br /> <br /> <br />explained the City of Arden Hills remains in a peacetime state of emergency and City Hall will <br />remain closed until further notice. He indicated City staff remains operational and can be reached <br />via phone or email. He encouraged residents to monitor the State’s rollout for the COVID vaccine <br />as rules and eligibility information can change frequently. He reported staff was waiting to <br />receive guidance about the recently approved federal funding. <br /> <br />B. Transportation Update <br /> <br />Interim Public Works Director Swearingen reported Public Works crews have been out <br />patching potholes the last few weeks. He stated information about this work plan was posted on <br />the City’s website. He anticipated this work would be completed by the end of next week. <br /> <br />Interim Public Works Director Swearingen stated the MnPASS project would be completed in <br />2021. He discussed the Highway 96 closures that were planned for this summer. He encouraged <br />residents to visit MNDOT’s website for additional information. <br /> <br />6. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> <br />A. April 12, 2021, Special City Council Executive Session (Closed) <br />B. April 12, 2021, Regular City Council <br /> <br />Councilmember Holmes explained she requested a change to the Regular City Council minutes <br />noting a resident’s name was misspelled. She noted she discussed this change with the City Clerk. <br /> <br />MOTION: Councilmember Holden moved and Councilmember Holmes seconded a <br />motion to approve the April 12, 2021, Special City Council Executive Work <br />Session (Closed) meeting minutes; and April 12, 2021, Regular City Council <br />meeting minutes as amended. A roll call vote was taken. The motion carried <br />(4-0). <br /> <br />7. CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> <br />A. Motion to Approve Consent Agenda Item - Claims and Payroll <br />B. Motion to Approve First Quarter Financials <br />C. Motion to Approve 2022 Budget Calendar <br />D.
