APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />MOTION: Councilmember Holden moved and Councilmember Holmes seconded a <br />motion to approve the meeting agenda. The motion carried unanimously (5- <br />0). <br /> <br />2. CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> <br />A. Motion to Approve Appointment of Senior Planner <br /> <br />MOTION: Councilmember Holden moved and Councilmember Holmes seconded a <br />motion to approve the Consent Calendar and authorize execution of all <br />necessary documents contained therein. The motion carried unanimously (5- <br />0). <br /> <br />3. PULLED CONSENT ITEMS <br /> <br />None. <br />
