Any amendments <br />would seek to clarify language pertaining to residential properties hosting a mobile food <br />unit/food truck as well as enforcement of the ordinance. Changes could include: <br /> <br />• Adding clarifying language regarding who may be served <br />• Limiting food trucks on residential properties to two events per year <br />• Requiring residential property owners to obtain a no-fee permit (similar to garage sales) <br />• Clarifying property owners may also be subject to penalties if in violation <br /> <br />Attachment A provides a draft for Council discussion.
