The City Council approved a 43,000 square foot <br />standalone grocery store on the subject property at 3787 Lexington Avenue. An amendment to the <br />Master PUD Agreement is required to be signed between the City and the developer before the <br />issuance of development permits. The City Attorney has prepared the Agreement and the <br />document has been reviewed and approved by the Applicant and staff (Attachment A). <br /> <br />Options and Motion Language <br /> <br />Staff has provided the following motion language for this case. <br />
