320.11 Limit on Duration and Occasion of Garage Sales. Each boutique or garage sale at a private home shall be limited to three (3) days or less in duration, and no more than two (2) such sales shall be permitted to any one homeowner per year. 320.12 Limit on Occasion of Mobile Food Unit/Food Truck Catered Parties/Events on Residential Properties. A residential property shall be limited to no more than two (2) mobile food unit/food truck catered events per calendar year.
