CA- <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2O2I-034 <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID AI\D AUTHORIZING AWARD OF CONTRACT <br />FOR THE LIFT STATION 10 REHABILITATION PROJECT <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for the Lift Station l0 Rehabilitation <br />Project, bids were received, opened, ffid tabulated according to the law, and the following bids <br />were received complying with the advertisement: <br />Vinco Inc. <br />Pember Companies, Inc. <br />Minger Construction <br />CCS Contracting, Inc. <br />Penn Contracting, Inc. <br />s 130,700.00 <br />$ 134,750.00 <br />$ 145,000.00 <br />$ 148,400.00 <br />$249,500.00 <br />and <br />WHEREAS, it appears that Vinco, Inc. of Forest Lake, Minnesota, is the lowest <br />responsible bidder. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden <br />Hills, Minnesota, that: <br />l. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authonzed and directed to enter into the attached <br />contract with Vinco, Inc. Forest Lake, Minnesota in the name of the City of Arden Hills <br />for the Lift Station l0 Rehabilitation Project according to the plans and specifications <br />therefor approved by the City Council and on file in the office of the City Clerk. <br />2.
