ARDEN HILLS CITY COUNCIL – MAY 24, 2021 3 <br /> <br />via email or phone. He reported the City was currently planning to reopen City Hall on July 1, <br />2021, but that could change depending on the Governor’s decision on whether or not he’ll extend <br />his emergency declaration. He commented the State was still awaiting receipt of federal <br />government (ARP) funding and once received payments would be made to non-entitlement cities. <br /> <br />B. Transportation Update <br /> <br />Interim Public Works Director Swearingen provided the Council with an update on the I-35W <br />MNPASS project. He encouraged residents to visit MNDOT’s website for the most current and up <br />to date information on this project. <br /> <br />6. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> <br />A. May 3, 2021, Special City Council <br /> <br />MOTION: Councilmember Holden moved and Councilmember Holmes seconded a <br />motion to approve the May 3, 2021, Special City Council meeting minutes as <br />amended.
