A <br />full evaluation of the proposed amendment and supporting attachments are included in <br />Attachment B. At that meeting, the City Council tabled action on the item in order to learn more <br />about the lake classification. The Council reviewed the question about lake classifications at the <br />June 7, 2021 Work Session. The minutes of the May 24, 2021, and June 7, 2021 City Council <br />meetings are included as Attachments C and D. The remainder of this memo focuses on the <br />requested approvals, findings of fact and the staff recommended conditions if a motion to <br />approve is made. <br />
