<br />2021-07-12 Final Version 13 <br /> A. Implementation of the recommendations listed in Resolution #2021-008, <br />of January 25, 2021 and February 8, 2021. <br /> B. Implementation of the recommendations listed in the Engineering Division <br />memorandum dated December 21, 2020. <br /> C. Implementation of the recommendations listed in the Community <br />Development Manager/City Planner Memorandums dated January 25, 2021 and February 8, <br />2021. <br /> D. The Developer shall post a $2500.00 security for the final placement of <br />interior subdivision iron monuments at property corners and the placement of all monuments. <br />The security will be held by the City until the Developer's land surveyor certifies that all irons <br />have been set following site grading and utility and street construction. <br /> E. The Developer shall pay the cost for the preparation of record construction <br />drawings and City base map upgrading by the City Engineer as part of the Administrative / <br />Engineering Fee. <br /> F. The Developer is required to submit the final plat in electronic format. The <br />electronic format shall be Auto CAD file. <br /> G. Prior to the issuance of a sign permit, the Developer is required to obtain <br />written approval, to be provided to the City, from Bethel University, the owner of Outlot A, for <br />(i) permitting the placement of landscaping on its property; and (ii) permitting the construction of <br />the monument sign on its property. <br /> H. Prior to the issuance of a sign permit, the Developer is required to obtain <br />written approval, to be provided to the City, from Lake Johanna Fire Department, owner of Lot <br />2, Block 1, permitting the placement of landscaping on its property.
