<br />187184v1 10 <br /> 23. STORM SEWER CHARGE. The Development is subject to charges for Stormwater <br />review and approval by the Rice Creek Watershed District. <br />25. TRAFFIC CONTROL SIGNS, STREET LIGHT AND STREET MAINTENANCE <br />COSTS. Not Applicable <br />26. PARK DEDICATION. The Developer will install the improvements to the Park as <br />shown on approved Plan D. The Developer shall provide a Security of $223,264.56, which is based on <br />125% of the cost of improvements as listed in Exhibit B. <br />27. LANDSCAPING. The Developer will pay prior to the issuance of a building permit, the <br />amount of $20,000.00 as required by Condition #18 in Resolution No. 2019-024 dated July 22, 2019. <br /> 28. TREE PRESERVATION. The Developer will implement the tree preservation plan <br />as shown on approved Plan K. <br /> 29. SPECIAL PROVISIONS. The following special provisions shall apply to the <br />development: <br /> A. Implementation of the recommendations listed in Resolution No. 2019-024, dated <br />July 22, 2019. <br /> B. The Developer shall post a $2,500 security for the final placement of interior <br />subdivision iron monuments at property corners and the placement of all monument. The security will be <br />held by the City until the Developer's land surveyor certifies that all irons have been set following site <br />grading and utility and street construction. <br /> C. The Developer shall pay the cost for the preparation of record construction <br />drawings and City base map upgrading by the City Engineer as part of the Administrative / Engineering Fee. <br /> D. The Developer is required to submit the final plat in electronic format. The <br />electronic format shall be Auto CAD file.
