ARDEN HILLS CITY COUNCIL – JUNE 28, 2021 3 <br /> <br />City Clerk Hanson stated Night to Unite will be held on Tuesday, August 3 from 5:00 to 9:00 <br />p.m. Individuals interested in hosting are encouraged to register their party by Friday, July 16, <br />2021, in order to ensure a deputy visit. She indicated that registration can be completed online at <br />by visiting the Ramsey County Sheriff’s Office webpage, which has more information about the <br />event itself in general and noted that there is a registration link to the Sheriff’s Office page on the <br />City’s website main page under News and Announcements. She said that currently there were 7 <br />parties registered. <br /> <br />5. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> <br />A. May 17, 2021, City Council Work Session <br />B. June 7, 2021, Special City Council Work Session <br /> <br />Councilmember Holden stated she spoke with the City Clerk regarding a correction to the June <br />7, 2021 Special City Council Work Session meeting minutes. <br /> <br />MOTION: Councilmember Holden moved and Councilmember Holmes seconded a <br />motion to approve the May 17, 2021, City Council Work Session meeting <br />minutes; and June 7, 2021, Special City Council Work Session meeting <br />minutes as amended. A roll call vote was taken. The motion carried (5-0). <br /> <br />6. CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> <br />A. Motion to Approve Consent Agenda Item - Claims and Payroll <br />B. Motion to Approve Resolution 2021-031 Flexibility for Local Businesses <br />C. Motion to Award PSA Engineering Agreement for Snelling Avenue N Street and <br />Utility Improvements <br />D. Motion to Authorize to Begin Recruitment for a Building Official <br />E. Motion to Approve Consent and Recognition Agreement with Scannell Properties <br />F. Motion to Accept Building Inspector Resignation <br />G. Motion to Authorize to Begin Recruitment for a Building Inspector <br /> <br />MOTION: Councilmember Holden moved and Councilmember Holmes seconded a <br />motion to approve the Consent Calendar as presented and to authorize <br />execution of all necessary documents contained therein. A roll call vote was <br />taken. The motion carried (5-0). <br /> <br />7. PULLED CONSENT ITEMS <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />8. PUBLIC HEARINGS <br /> <br />A. Lifelong Wealth Advisors Master PUD <br /> <br />Planning Consultant Kansier stated the proposed development site is located at 1150 County <br />Road E, is approximately 0.64 acres in size and is currently vacant.
