<br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2021-042 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION RECEIVING FEASIBILITY REPORT AND CALLING FOR A PUBLIC <br />HEARING ON IMPROVEMENTS FOR THE ARDEN OAKS STREET IMPROVEMENTS <br />PROJECT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution 2021-023 of the Council adopted April 26, 2021, a report <br />has been prepared by the City’s Engineer Toltz, King, Duvall and Anderson (TKDA), dated July 20, <br />2021 with reference to the improvement of the following streets: <br /> <br />Arden Oaks Drive (From Snelling Ave N to County Rd E) <br />Arden Oaks Court <br /> <br />WHEREAS, and this report was received by the Council on July 26, 2021; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the report provides information regarding whether the proposed project is <br />necessary, cost effective, and feasible; whether it should best be made as proposed or in connection <br />with some other improvement; the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended; and a <br />description of the methodology used to calculate individual assessments for affected parcels. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF ARDEN HILLS <br />MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />1. The Council will consider the improvement of such streets in accordance with the report <br />and the assessment of abutting property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement <br />pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429. <br /> <br />2.
