REQUEST FOR APPROVAL. The Developer has asked the City to approve a <br />Development Contract and Planned Unit Development for the construction of a fast-food restaurant <br />(referred to in this Agreement as the “Development”). The Development is zoned B-3, Service Business <br />Zoning District, and is guided as commercial. The land is approximately 66,853 square feet, or 1.535 acres <br />in size, and is situated in the County of Ramsey, State of Minnesota, and is legally described as set forth on <br />Exhibit A hereto (“Subject Property”). The Developer plans to demolish the existing building on the <br />Subject Property and construct a 4,995 square foot fast food restaurant, Chick-fil-A, with dual drive-through
