A separate permit shall be required for the scoreboard. The scoreboard must meet all <br />requirements of City Code Section 1250.05. <br />12. Prior to replacement of sound system, the Applicant will be required to submit new <br />sound system plans to the City Council for approval. <br />13. A Bethel employee shall control the lighting and sound system at the football field. <br />14.
