ARDEN HILLS CITY COUNCIL—JUNE 28, 2021 3 <br /> City Clerk Hanson stated Night to Unite will be held on Tuesday, August 3 from 5:00 to 9:00 <br /> p.m. Individuals interested in hosting are encouraged to register their party by Friday, July 16, <br /> 2021, in order to ensure a deputy visit. She indicated that registration can be completed online at <br /> by visiting the Ramsey County Sheriffs Office webpage, which has more information about the <br /> event itself in general and noted that there is a registration link to the Sheriff's Office page on the <br /> City's website main page under News and Announcements. She said that currently there were 7 <br /> parties registered. <br /> 5. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> A. May 17, 2021, City Council Work Session <br /> B. June 7, 2021, Special City Council Work Session <br /> Councilmember Holden stated she spoke with the City Clerk regarding a correction to the June <br /> 7, 2021 Special City Council Work Session meeting minutes. <br /> MOTION: Councilmember Holden moved and Councilmember Holmes seconded a <br /> motion to approve the May 17, 2021, City Council Work Session meeting <br /> minutes; and June 7, 2021, Special City Council Work Session meeting <br /> minutes as amended. A roll call vote was taken. The motion carried (5-0). <br /> 6. CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> A. Motion to Approve Consent Agenda Item - Claims and Payroll <br /> B. Motion to Approve Resolution 2021-031 Flexibility for Local Businesses <br /> C. Motion to Award PSA Engineering Agreement for Snelling Avenue N Street and <br /> Utility Improvements <br /> D.
