'It ,AVEN HILLS CITY OF ARDEN HILLS COUNTY OF RAMSEY STATE OF MINNESOTA RESOLUTION NO. 2021-042 A RESOLUTION RECEIVING FEASIBILITY REPORT AND CALLING FOR A PUBLIC HEARING ON IMPROVEMENTS FOR THE ARDEN OAKS STREET IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution 2021-023 of the Council adopted April 26, 2021, a report has been prepared by the City's Engineer Toltz, King, Duvall and Anderson (TKDA), dated July 20, 2021 with reference to the improvement of the following streets: Arden Oaks Drive(From Snelling Ave N to County Rd E) Arden Oaks Court WHEREAS, and this report was received by the Council on July 26, 2021; and WHEREAS, the report provides information regarding whether the proposed project is necessary, cost effective, and feasible; whether it should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement; the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended; and a description of the methodology used to calculate individual assessments for affected parcels. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF ARDEN HILLS MINNESOTA: 1. The Council will consider the improvement of such streets in accordance with the report and the assessment of abutting property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429. 2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 23rd day of August,2021, in the Council Chambers of the City Hall at 7:00 p.m. and the City Administratorshall give mailed and published notice of such hearing and improvement as required bylaw.
