Notice and website was prepared by the City and mailed to property owners within 1,000 feet of the subject property. <br />•No public comment has been received following this notice. <br />•The Planning Commission received one public comment in advance of the public hearing. <br />“Unfortunately I will be out of town and unable to attend, but wanted to share how thankful I am to you and the planning commission to continue to advance this project forward.In living on Lake Valentine Road for the past six years, I have watched countless kids walk to Moundsview high school in all sorts of weather trying to make sure that they don't get hit by traffic.I've also seen runners from Bethel and Moundsview almost get hit trying to make their way on the road.I'm very excited for this project and thank you for all your work on it.”
