A public hearing notice for this planning <br />case was published in the Pioneer Press on August 12, 2021. Notice and website was prepared <br />by the City and mailed to property owners within 1,000 feet of the subject waterbody. <br /> <br />As of August 17, 2021, Staff has not received any public comments regarding this case. <br /> <br />A preliminary request for comment of shoreland ordinance amendment was sent to the DNR on <br />July 26, 2021. The City received a conditional approval on July 28, 2021 (Attachment D).
