Overview Request <br />•May 2021 -Bethel University was approved a Conditional Use Permit (CUP) Amendment for stadium field upgrades and scoreboard. <br />•Conditions of the CUP Amendment approval were that a separate permit shall be required for the scoreboard and that prior to replacement of sound system, Bethel University would be required to submit new sound system plans to the City Council for approval. <br />•The Applicant is proposing to convert the existing electronic scoreboard to a LED/Video capable scoreboard with a sound system fully contained within the accessory structure.
