To view the final document, access adopted Resolutions via Arden Hills Public Laserfiche Weblink by visiting cityofardenhills.org and clicking on Archived Documents under Helpful Links on our main webpage. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2021-046 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS AND <br />SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE ARDEN OAKS STREET IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on July 26, 2021, the City Council adopted Resolution 2021-042, ordering a <br />public hearing on the proposed improvement of the following streets: <br /> <br />Arden Oaks Drive from Snelling Avenue North to County Road E <br />Arden Oaks Court from Arden Oaks Drive to the west termini <br /> <br /> and; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, ten days mailed notice and two weeks published notice of the hearing was given, <br />and the hearing was held on August 23, 2021, at which time all persons desiring to be heard were <br />given an opportunity to be heard thereon. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF ARDEN <br />HILLS, MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />1. Such improvement is necessary, cost-effective, and feasible as detailed in the feasibility <br />report. <br /> <br />2. Such improvements are hereby ordered as proposed in the Council resolution adopted <br />July 26, 2021 and recommended in the project feasibility report. <br /> <br />3. The City of Arden Hills Engineering Department, with assistance from the City’s <br />selected consultant engineer, is hereby designated as the engineer for this improvement. <br />The engineers shall prepare plans and specifications for the making of such <br />improvement. <br /> <br /> ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS THIS 23rd <br />DAY OF AUGUST, 2021. <br /> <br /> <br />____________________________________ <br /> David Grant, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />______________________________________ <br />Julie Hanson, City Clerk
