To view the final document, access adopted Resolutions via Arden Hills Public Laserfiche Weblink by visiting cityofardenhills.org and clicking on Archived Documents under Helpful Links on our main webpage. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2021-047 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS AND <br />SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE LEXINGTON AVENUE AND TARGET ROAD TRAFFIC <br />SIGNAL SYSTEM IMPROVEMENTS <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on AUGUST 9, 2021, the City Council adopted Resolution 2021-044, ordering a <br />public hearing on the proposed improvement at the intersection of Lexington Avenue North and Target <br />Road. <br /> <br /> and; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, ten days mailed notice and two weeks published notice of the hearing was given, <br />and the hearing was held on August 23, 2021, at which time all persons desiring to be heard were <br />given an opportunity to be heard thereon. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF ARDEN <br />HILLS, MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />1. Such improvement is necessary, cost-effective, and feasible as detailed in the feasibility <br />report. <br /> <br />2. Such improvements are hereby ordered as proposed in the Council resolution adopted <br />August 9, 2021 and recommended in the project feasibility report. <br /> <br />3. The City of Arden Hills Engineering Department is hereby designated as the engineer <br />for this improvement.
