Options and Motion Language - <br />•Approval with Conditions:Motion to approve Planning Case 21-017, for a PUD Amendment for Mounds View Public Schools based on the findings of fact, submitted plans, and the August 23, 2021 Report to the City Council, subject to the following conditions: <br />•Extension on timeline for construction and realignment of the west parking lot entrance to align with the west school site entrance on the south side of Lake Valentine Road (Pick-up / Drop-off Access) to be completed prior to the start of the 2022-2023 school year. The School District shall submit a revised design and layout for the road and safety improvements on existing school property Site Plan Review and approval no later than December 31, 2021. <br />•All other conditions of the original Planned Unit Development and Amended Planned Unit Development shall remain in full force and effect. <br />•Approval without Conditions: Motion to approve Planning Case 21-017 for a PUD Amendment for Mounds View Public Schools based on the findings of fact, submitted plans, and the August 23, 2021 Report to the City Council. <br />•Denial:Motion to deny Planning Case 21-017 for a PUD Amendment for Mounds View Public Schools based on the following findings of fact: the City Council should identify findings to deny should specifically reference the reasons for denial and why those reasons cannot be mitigated. <br />•Table:Motion to table Planning Case 21-017 for a PUD Amendment for Mounds View Public Schools for the following reasons: the City Council should identify a specific reason and/or information request should be included with a motion to table.
