The proposed internally illuminated freestanding sign is 16 feet in <br />height and has a total sign copy area of 110 square feet allocated between the three tenants as <br />illustrated in Attachment F. <br /> <br /> <br />K. Wall Signs – Meets Requirements <br />Properties in Sign District 5 are allowed wall signs up to 80 square feet. The Applicant has shown <br />one 75 square foot wall sign on the south (facing Grey Fox Road) and east (facing Lexington <br />Avenue) of the building. Then the outparcel multi-tenant building will feature a wall sign for each <br />tenant of 33 square feet located above their main entrances of the building on the west elevation <br />(facing interior of site), a 14 square foot sign each on the east elevation (facing Lexington Avenue), <br />and then one 33 square foot sign on their respective spaces on the north/south elevation. All <br />signage is noted to be internally lit. The signage plans are shown in Attachment F. <br /> <br />L. Drive-Thru Facilities – Flexibility Requested <br />Section 1325.04 of the Zoning Code lists special requirements for drive-up facilities. One of these <br />requirements states no drive up facility shall be located within 1,320’ of another facility. The <br />nearest drive-up facility is the Arby’s, located directly north of the Subject Property. Section <br />1320.09 allows this requirement to be waived if the following conditions are met: <br />Sign materials <br />are noted to be <br />consistent with <br />building <br />materials and <br />will consist of <br />brick and metal <br />panels.
