Schedule A. Services (Arden Hills ). <br />Service Quote Agreed <br />Municipal Production Services: The NSAC agrees to provide the following: <br />●A total of 36 meetings for 2022 include City Council,JDA,and Planning Commission.Cost <br />per meeting is $180.For each additional meeting a flat fee of $210 per meeting will be <br />charged.NSAC will provide a municipal producer to record and broadcast LIVE meetings in <br />either in person, virtual, or hybrid; <br />●Equipment and meeting room preparation; <br />●Provide the timing of the discussion and agenda items for web links; <br />●Upload minutes for all meetings; <br />●Provide backend support for closing,annotating,and posting the meeting for the program the <br />following day. <br />●Provide Master Control services to ensure quality controls. <br />The City agrees to provide the following: <br />●10 day notice for all hybrid meetings. <br />●Provide a weekly schedule of live and/or recorded events of shows at least one week in <br />advance of first event/show on the schedule. <br />●Provide the NSAC with the name and telephone number and email address of an emergency <br />contact who can answer questions about the cablecast and/or encoding of live events. <br />●Provide PDF copies of minutes for upload. <br />●Login credentials for Zoom. <br />$6,480.00 $6,480.00 <br />Subtitling:The NSAC agrees to provide the following: <br />●English subtitling for 40 meetings,in English,delivered through the Cassandar platform to be <br />seen on the live and recorded web stream, as well as on cable; <br />$1,656.00 -
