'It <br /> ,ARZEN HILLS <br /> CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 2021-054 <br /> RESOLUTION ADOPTING AND CONFIRMING SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS <br /> FOR DELINQUENT FALSE ALARM CHARGES <br /> WHEREAS,the property owners were provided notice of delinquent false alarm charges <br /> pursuant to City Regulations; and <br /> WHEREAS, the adoption of this special assessment was initiated pursuant to the City of <br /> Arden Hills Municipal Code; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Arden Hills City Council held a hearing on September 27, 2021. All <br /> persons present at said meeting were given an opportunity to be heard and present written <br /> statements.
