Approved: October 6, 2021 <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS, MINNESOTA <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 8, 2021 <br />6:30 P.M. - ARDEN HILLS CITY HALL <br />CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, Acting Chair Wicklund called to order the regular <br />Planning Commission meeting at 6:30 p.m. <br />ROLL CALL <br />Present were: Acting Chair Jonathan Wicklund, Commissioners Marcie Jefferys, Subbaya <br />Subramanian, Kurtis Weber, and Clayton Zimmerman. <br />Absent: Chair Paul Vijums and Commissioner Steven Jones. <br />Also present were: Senior Planner Jessica Jagoe and Councilmember Fran Holmes. <br />APPROVAL OF AGENDA – SEPTEMBER 8, 2021 <br />Acting Chair Wicklund requested the agenda be amended to remove Item 3C. <br />Commissioner Zimmerman moved, seconded by Commissioner Weber, to approve the <br />agenda as amended removing Item 3C. A roll call vote was taken. The motion carried <br />unanimously (5-0). <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />August 4, 2021 – Planning Commission Regular Meeting <br />Commissioner Jefferys moved, seconded by Commissioner Weber, to approve the August <br />4, 2021, Planning Commission Regular Meeting as presented.
