A summary of the <br />review comments follows: <br /> <br />PLAN SHEETS <br />C-010 – SITE DATA <br />1. Final plans need to be signed and dated <br />C-022 – SITE DETAILS <br />2. HD Bit Pavement Detail <br />a. The pavement section is the same as standard pavement section. Update detail to Heavy Duty <br />section. <br />3. Loading Dock Pavement Section <br />a. Identify the slope/grade of the compacted surface to the subdrain. <br />C- 110 – SITE EROSION CONTROL PLAN <br />4. Provide detail for perimeter control <br />5. Missing inlet protection on structure just north of construction entrance <br />C - 130 – SWPPP DETAILS <br />6. Clarify max spacing note in silt fence detail <br />C - 310 – SITE PLAN <br />7. Detail western driveway pavement connection <br />8. What is the sidewalk tying into? Show/add note at both the west and east sidewalk ends. <br />9. Provide ADA notes and details at driveway, crosswalk and disabled parking locations. <br />10. Proposed lot line is shown. Are shared access easements/agreements in place between the parcels? <br />11. Is fence constructable in location shown without encroaching on adjacent property? <br /> <br /> Attachment K
