Page 1 <br /> <br />DATE: October 25, 2021 <br /> <br />TO: Honorable Mayor and City Councilmembers <br /> <br />FROM: Dave Perrault, City Administrator <br /> <br />SUBJECT: Authorize City Hall Cleaning Services Agreement <br /> <br />Budgeted Amount: Actual Amount: Funding Source: <br />N/A N/A N/A <br /> Council Should Consider <br /> <br />Motions to approve, table, or deny the following: <br /> <br />• Authorize the City Administrator to enter into an updated agreement for City Hall cleaning <br />services with Twin Cities Commercial Cleaners <br /> <br />All items need a simple majority for action unless otherwise noted. <br /> Discussion <br /> The City’s current provider of cleaning services has gone through a reorganization and is requesting <br />we sign an updated agreement. The rate of $20.90 / hour will not change, and we are guaranteed that <br />rate for an additional two years.
