Overview of Request <br />•Two properties have joint access to a driveway that crosses the shared property line. <br />•796 square feet (excluding ROW) of property would be added to Subject Property A, owned by the Applicants along New Brighton Road. <br />•Property B will continue to utilize the existing driveway access off of Beckman Avenue and will discontinue use of the access off of New Brighton Road. <br />•Property B would be removing sections of the driveway to permanently discontinue use of the New Brighton Road access. <br />•The proposed lot line adjustment will bring the properties into compliance with code requirements. <br />4
