Options and Motion Language - <br />•Approval:Motion to approve adoption of Ordinance 2021-0XX and authorization to publish summary <br />ordinance for Planning Case 21-024 for a Zoning Code Amendment to Chapter 13, Section 1320.06 and <br />1325.05 of the Arden Hills City Code to amend B-2, General Business District and B-3, Service Business <br />District design standards for building façade and setback requirements relative to front yard and parking <br />areas based on the findings of fact and the October 25, 2021 Report to the City Council. <br />•Approval with Amendments: Motion to approve adoption of Ordinance 2021-0XX and authorization to <br />publish summary ordinance for Planning Case 21-024 for a Zoning Code Amendment to Chapter 13, Section <br />1320.06 and 1325.05 of the Arden Hills City Code to amend B-2, General Business District and B-3, Service <br />Business District design standards for building façade and setback requirements relative to front yard and <br />parking areas based on the findings of fact and the October 25, 2021 Report to the City Council with <br />amendments. <br />•Denial:Motion to deny Planning Case 21-024 for a Zoning Code Amendment to Chapter 13, Section 1320.06 <br />and 1325.05 of the Arden Hills City Code based on the findings of fact: findings to deny should specifically <br />reference the reasons for denial and why those reasons cannot be mitigated. <br />•Table:Motion to table Planning Case 21-024 for a Zoning Code Amendment to Chapter 13, Section 1320.06 <br />and 1325.05 of the Arden Hills City Code for the following reasons: a specific reason and/or information <br />request should be included with a motion to table.
