Identify proposed sources of project financing (aside from the special appropriation) <br />Source Amount Requested Contact Person/Phone Status <br />Minnesota Public Facilities Authority 2020 Special Appropriation Forms <br />9 of 28 October 2020 <br />This project includes replacing approximately 1,500 feet of existing deteriorated 12-inch <br />diameter water main along County State Aid Highway 51 (Lexington Avenue) to improve <br />infrastructure reliability and to protect the trunk water main from failure during county highway <br />construction. The road improvement project is part of a Ramsey County project to expand <br />and improve CSAH 51 from County Road E to Interstate Highway 694. <br />The water main within the project area provides potable water service to commercial retail and <br />industrial properties and conveyance capacity to the northern portion of Arden Hills as shown <br />on Exhibit A. <br />Three commercial retail parcels with multiple tenant spaces, one commercial service <br />business, one restaurant parcel and two commercial/industrial use parcels all within the B-3 <br />Service Business District. <br />Starbucks, Potbelly Sandwich Shop, POP Culture Frozen Yogurt, Noodles and Company, <br />Jimmy Johns, Old Southern BBQ, State Farm Insurance, Rancheros Mexican Grill, Jim Laabs <br />Pianos, Big O Tires, Arby's Restaurant, and Pace property. <br />City Water Fund $66,069 Gayle Bauman/651-792-7816 Approved
