Pursuant to <br />Minnesota Statutes Section 465.03 for the benefit of its citizens, cities are authorized to accept <br />gifts and bequests for the benefits of recreational services. <br />Discussion The Arden Hills Foundation has donated $1462.00 to the City of Arden Hills for trash barrel <br />lids. To comply with State Statutes, the City needs to acknowledge the donation and issue <br />receipt of the donation to the Arden Hills Foundation. <br />Budget Impact N/A <br /> <br />Attachments Attachment A: Resolution 2021-057
