� �SR�N HILLS CITY OF ARDEN HILLS COUNTY OF RAMSEY STATE OF MINNESOTA RESOLUTION NO. 2021-062 ABATEMENT OF A NUISANCE AT 1465 FLORAL DRIVE W. WHEREAS, Keith Hansen and Maria Montserrat Meiro-Lorenzo are the Property Owners of the following described property: Address: 1465 Floral Drive W. Arden Hills, Minnesota 55112 PID:223023330001 Legal Description: See Exhibit A attached hereto WHEREAS, notice therefore was posted on said property and sent certified mail to the property owner pursuant to City Regulations; and, WHEREAS, this abatement was initiated pursuant to the City of Arden Hills Municipal Code; and, WHEREAS, the Arden Hills City Council held a hearing on October 25, 2021. All persons present at said meeting were given an opportunity to be heard and present written statements. The Council also considered the recommendation of the City Staff that this abatement be approved; and, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT TFIE ARDEN HILLS CITY COUNCIL hereby adopts Resolution 2021-062, ordering the abatement of violations of City Code Section 602.02 that does not comply with City regulations at 1465 Floral Drive W., Arden Hills, Minnesota, and to charge the property owner for 125 percent of the cost of abatement, including administrative costs.; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, in the event that the property owner does not pay any portion of the charges, that the unpaid amount shall be assessed against the Property, to be collected with the real estate taxes in the year in which this Resolution is recorded, together with an Affidavit of Cost incurred, and that any assessments levied pursuant to this Resolution shall bear interest at the rate of 4.5% per annum from the date of recording until September 1 St of the year in which the special assessment is paid in full.
